Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $5 per order. FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99 anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is $10. Fast delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast, and all Australian cities.

New Zealand Shipping:
Standard shipping to New Zealand is AUD$25 with an estimated transit time of 5-14 business days. We also offer a DHL Express service for AUD$40 with a delivery time of 2-5 days from dispatch. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and across New Zealand.

International Shipping:
Standard international shipping (including tracking) is AUD$40.

If you need your pet products urgently overseas, please email Asahi to discuss express international shipping.

You will be responsible for all customs-associated charges within your country.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 5 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days after you receive your products, provided the products are unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at Asahi. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to do so in accordance with our refund/exchange policy above.

We will inform you when you attempt to purchase a product if it is out of stock. If we run out of stock of your product after your purchase, you will have the option of waiting until the product arrives or an exchange/refund.

Our products are FREE from: Parabens, PEGS, Parabens, PEGS, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, SLS, SLES, petrolatum, mineral oils, silicones, MEA, DEA, TEA, EDTA, propylene glycol, synthetic fragrances/colours or animal-derived ingredients.

Our products are human graded, we only offer products to our paws friends unless those products are safe to used by our own.

Asahi Paws aim to produce eco-friendly products to our paw friends, not only the products but also their packages, the carton boxes are recyclable and reusable.

Our poop bags are degradable and compostable, helping to reduce environmental impact.

The sticky tapes of puppy pads are working with all type of floors.

For hard floors, they may works very well with it’s stickiness, we strongly recommend not to stick the pad on hard floor too long, otherwise clean of the stickiness may be required.
